How to Use

1. Assemble the bench according to the included instructions.

2. Adjust the bench length to match your height.

3. Lie down carefully and position your head, shoulders, arms and ankles in the appropriate supports.

4. Use the traction lever slowly to create a comfortable, gentle stretch.

5. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness or unusual discomfort.

How to Release

1. Release your arms from the supports.

2. Remove your head from the support strap.

3. Slowly turn the traction lever counterclockwise to release the tension.

4. Carefully sit up before standing.
